The "Founding Fathers'" plan was for a county of and for white people. Everyone else was considered worthless, expendable, and collateral damage in the quest for white supremacy. Black people — slaves — were meant only to be subservient, generate wealth for their white masters, and build the country with their blood, sweat, and tears. Nothing more. Black people were never intended to be free, read and write, own property, run businesses, prosper financially, vote, hold public office, or become president.
