Enjoyed your article, but, you MUST be talking about white America. Your article treats ALL people in America as a monolith. Black Americans tend not to have an attitude towards the rest of the world and an air of superiority, and in fact are more welcoming towards others. Black people are not as patriotic as whites. White people are patriotic because it reminds them of America's history. Black people are not patriotic because it reminds them of America's history. PS, not everyone in America is ignorant to other countries and cultures. I've lived in 8 states and three foreign countries, including England, and visited several others. You're right about the racism. It HAS gotten worse since Trump took over the Republican Party. But I saw racism in England too, especially against the Irish and French. Does the NF ring a bell? On food, you must never have eaten in New Orleans. On knowledge and arrogance, again, not so much in the Black community. Come to America and spend some time with a bunch of Black folks. I'm sure you'll have a different opinion.
