If I were Trump…
What an 8th grader could have figured out
The absolute, without a doubt, without question, most disheartening thing about the coronavirus pandemic (besides all the lives lost) is the response to this global public health crisis by the Trump administration.
Or should I say, the non response, as mentioned in my article below.
Anyway, I digress. Back to business.
It’s very hard for me to wrap my head around the lack of governance and sheer incompetence displayed by the current administration. An 8th grader could have come up with a better plan than these people did.
And the more I think about it, their entire plan seems to be to not have a plan. Their thinking goes something like this … Let the Governors figure it out. Anything the Governors come up with that works, we’ll steal as our own, and anything they come up with that doesn’t work, we’ll do what we always do and play the blame game. It’s a win/win situation!
What they didn’t account for in this equation is that people’s lives are at stake…
