I've written about this exact thing: Black people being harassed or having the cops called on them for any number of rediculous reasons, like barbequing in the park, or sleeping in the study lounge, or talking on your phone in a hotel lobby, or selling bottled water on the sidewalk, or sitting quietly in a Starbucks, or entering your own apartment building, or trying to cash a paycheck, or mowing the lawn, or playing golf, or staying in an Airbnb, or swimming at the community pool, or moving furniture from your business, or picking up trash in your yard. And as you've pointed out, jogging in your neighborhood. I was once told to get out of the neighborhood I live and own a house in. Rashad Robinson, president of Color of Change said, "People seem to believe something is illegal about Black people occupying space."
