The Jews that immigrated from Europe weren't even considered white. They were accepted as white by wealthy, land-owning white men in positions of power, both business and government, only when it served their purposes—when it became necessary to build the white population in America and divide lower-class whites from Blacks. The Jews were gifted white privilege, but they were never part of the original white plan. So many groups think they're exceptional, when really they're just standing on the shoulders of Black people. It's like the story of the white man who stood on the shoulders of a Black man to climb up a tree. When the Black man reached up for help from the white man to get into the tree, the white man refused and said to him, "I got into this tree on my own, why can't you?"
