Yep, there are flaws on BOTH sides. We are in agreement there. I certainly would have done things differently if I was in charge, first among them telling Joe he's done and holding a primary. But to keep saying Dems are out of touch with working-class Americans is false. Look at the DEMOCRATIC policies that the overwhelming majority of Americans support: stricter gun laws, a woman's right to choose, environmental protections, wealthy corporations paying a higher share of taxes, a living wage, more accessible access to healthcare, preserving social security, and on and on. The economy is the strongest it's ever been, so that can't be it, right? Especially since Trump tanked the economy the last time he was in office. Oh, how quickly they forget. The lesson going forward is that White people DIDN'T vote in their self-interest; they voted to preserve Whiteness, even at the expense of ALL of these Democratic policies aimed to help them, and by extension, the country. It seems you're unable to say the quiet part out loud—that the White people in America voted to keep the country of, by, and FOR White people. There's nothing the Dems can do about that, except to adopt a racist, white supremacist platform like the other side.
